GHF is governed by the Swiss Foundation Law and is subject to transparency and auditing rules set by the government. A copy of the Company Deed of incorporation you may find here. In the above context GHF pursues it’s purpose of identifying, commending and if possible supporting Giraffe Personalities Who Stick Their Necks Out for the Common Good in Switzerland and all across Europe. The final decision-making power regarding vital foundation issues rests with the GHF board. The board pursues a policy of unanimous consent among its members.
